Refund Policy

Subscription-Based Services

As RouTeen gradually introduces premium features or tiered access plans, users who subscribe to these services will be charged on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the selected plan. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us. Refunds will not be issued for partial use or unused portions of a billing cycle after the 7-day window unless required by law. No refunds are offered for recurring charges once a billing period has started, unless due to a technical error on our part.

Digital Products

Our digital educational resources—such as guidebooks or downloadable learning materials—are typically delivered immediately upon purchase. As such, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the download has started or access has been granted. If you experience issues accessing the materials or if the file is corrupted, we will gladly assist you with replacements or technical support.

Physical Products

For physical products such as educational board games, we accept refund or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item (if applicable). Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
